Dr. Mohammed Ali Bin Sumaida (Founder/Chairman)

Dr. Mohammed is an entrepreneur. He holds a Master’s Degree in pharmaceuticals management, from Charles University, Czechoslovakia.

Dr. Mohammed is a fellow member of the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Department of Health (DOH) – Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Dr. Mohammed’s experience spans over four (4) decades in medicine and business. His career began with the Ministry of Health, where he worked for 38 years.

In 1987, he established the Sadd Maareb Pharmacy and Sadd Maareb Medical Center.

Over the past forty years, he has been involved both with healthcare and pharmaceuticals. The ability to think innovatively, to implement with scale, to network, and to teach have been his personal strengths over the years.

Mr. Mohammed Alhumeri (Co-founder/CEO)

Mr. Mohammed is an entrepreneur. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Hertfordshire University, UK, and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from SBS Swiss School, Switzerland.

In 2008, he founded a business that provides financial and management services called Unique Vision Management Consultancy. The business has grown from a two-person team to 250 people over the last 15 years.

He joined Arkonsult Engineering Consultancy in 2016 as a member of the Board and head of its business development department. This led to more than 350 million dirham in projects and increased profits.

His experience in healthcare dates back more than a decade. Having strong business management skills, emotional connections and a deep understanding of the healthcare field are his strengths.

As of 2019, Mr. Mohammed has rebranded Sadd Maareb Group as Al Emarat Al Awaal Group (Emirates First Group).

Established three full-fledged companies with Dr. Mohammed in 2020, namely Al Emarat Al Awaal Medical Supplies & Drug Store, NutraLink Supplies, and Sadd Maareb Pharmacy Express.
