She has a wealth of international experience across the retail, leisure, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. She has worked for well-known household names – Al Ramz Capital, and has gained international experience having worked in the Jordan, Palestine, Dubai, and as well as different regions around Israel.
Mr. Ali Taleb
(Administration/E-Government & Licensing Director)
Ali has obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, as well as in Business Administration. He has a wide knowledge in MOHRE (Labour) processing and Department of Health (DOH) licensing procedures, Municipalities and all the governmental departments.
Dr. Ahmed El Sayed
(Pharmaceutical Director)
Ahmed is a pharmacist who joined Sadd Maareb in 2006 as a Regional Development Manager for Shahama, leading our pharmacy teams in Shahama, Baniyas, Al Jesrain, Downtown and Western Region. Ahmed held previous roles with Al Wathbah, Medicina pharmacies (a large family-owned multiple pharmacy chain) and as a Pharmacy Consultant with Al Hayah (a small independent pharmacy group).
Dr. Waleed Al Najar
(Medical Drug Warehouse Director)
Waleed joined Sadd Maareb in September 2018. As a medical drug warehouse director, he provides strategic and operating leadership over Sadd Maareb’s end-to-end supply chain, including Manufacturing, Strategic Procurement, Quality Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse, Management and Planning. Dr. Waleed has over 20 years of supply chain and operations leadership experience. He spent 4 years at Sadd Maareb, most recently as Head of Global Operations. Earlier, Senior Vice President of Systems Manufacturing and Global Materials, he led strategies to create and enhance scalability, optimization, and supply assurance throughout the product life cycle.
Mr. Yathish Gopal Bangera
(Logistics/Forwarding & Clearing Director)
Yathish has been working with the company since 1996, under Abeer Clearing Establishment. His main responsibilities are supervising the day-to-day business operations, monitoring and controlling the expenses, and maintaining good relationship with internal and external parties involved in the Supply Chain.
Dr. Khaled Abdel Aziz Sadek
(Medical Director)
Dr. Khaled is a GP Dental Specialist, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Dental Medicine, and has a Higher Diploma in Periodontology and Oral Medicine, as well as Oral Dental Surgery and Gen. Anesthesia. He has attended numerous training and workshops to expand his knowledge in Dentistry.
Dr. Israa Shaalan Abdullah

Dr. Israa has been a General Practitioner in New Sadd Maareb Medical Centre since 2010. She earned M.B.Ch.B Higher Diploma in Gynaecology & Obstetrics, and she is a Certified Aesthetic Laser Operator.
Mrs. Sharon Toledo Gabad
(Accounting & Financial Director)
Sharon earned a Master’s Degree in Accountancy, and has an extensive experience on the field of accounting. She’s been working in the financial industry for 22 years, and she has worked for different organization in the UAE. She has good analytical, leadership skills, and strong knowledge of up-to-date Accounting software.
Mr. Basil Vettickamattathil Kuriakose
(E-Government/Licensing Deputy Director)
Basil has been working with Sadd Maareb for 6 years, and throughout his stay in the company he has gained experience in Labour processing system and Administration. He has a degree in B. Com (Computer Applications). He has been in the finance and administration industry since 2010.
Mr. Muhammed Kunhi Mukri
(Insurance/Claims Director)
Muhammed Kunhi obtained a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management, and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He has a wide-range of experience in terms of Insurance & Claims Management, and he’s been maintaining his current knowledge of regulations and laws related to insurance industry.
